Returns, Cancellation, Maintenence and Storage

 All Products must be returned in unused, unworn and un-ridden condition.


In the event You receive a damaged / defective product or a product that does not comply with the specifications as per your original order, You are required to get in touch with the Dealer within 48 hours of receiving the order.


Upon receiving Your complaint, Dealer shall verify the authenticity and the nature of the complaint and if they are convinced that the complaint is genuine, they will process your request for a replacement. However, in the event of frivolous and baseless complaints regarding the quality and content of the products, Dealers/Amaroq India reserves the right to take necessary legal actions against You and You will be solely liable for all costs incurred by us in this regard.


Before accepting shipment of any product, kindly ensure that the product’s packaging is not damaged or tampered. If You observe that the package is damaged or tampered, request You to refuse to accept delivery and inform your dealer at the earliest. Amaroq India/Dealers depending on the nature and category of the product may restrict the return process of the product.

In order to return any products sold through the Website, you are required to comply with the below mentioned conditions, viz:


Please notify Dealer of the receipt of a damaged/ defective product/service within 48-hours of delivery to You. If You are unable to do so within 48-hours, Dealer/Amaroq India shall not be held liable for the failure to replace the order;


Products should be unused. Any merchandise or parts, which shows signs of use (wear, bugs, dirt, smell, pet hair, scuffing, mounting, etc) or otherwise is in a condition other than it was received, cannot be returned.


Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags, labels, barcodes, user manual, warranty card and invoices etc. to the following address within 48 Hours of delivery.


It is advised that the return packets should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no further damage of products during transit;


The returned products are subject to verification and checks by Dealer in order to determine the legitimacy of the complaint/ return. The same will be communicated to You through an email within 5 working days.


Refund will be processed within 5-10 working days after dealer/Amaroq India confirms/accepts the request for refund

If the product can be repaired by the dealers, Amaroq India would get the same repaired and send it back to You.


All products bought at a discount, annual sale, flash sale and/or at low price below MRP, will not be eligible to return or for warranty claim of the product/s that you have purchased from any offline/online store.


Cancellation Policy


Cancellation by Dealers/Amaroq India: There may be certain orders that Moto Republic might not be able to accept and hence must be cancelled. Dealers/Amaroq India at its own discretion can refuse or cancel any order for any reason whatsoever. Some reasons for cancellation of order include, but not limited to, non-availability of products ordered by You, errors in pricing information, non-availability of services, or issues identified as fraud or misrepresentation. Dealers/Amaroq India will contact You if all or part of Your order is cancelled or if any more information is required to process your order. If Your credit card has been charged before cancelling of order then Dealers/Amaroq India will reverse the amount back to Your card account. Any promo code, once used shall not be refunded in case of any cancellation arising by Dealers/Amaroq India or by You.


Cancellation by User: In case of requests received for order cancellation, Dealers/Amaroq India reserves the right to accept or reject the request for cancellation.


Maintenance

After riding a motorbike frequently, clean it with a damp sponge or a gentle cloth to get rid of leftover dirt and debris.

Avoid using harsh cleaning methods (like washing machines, high-pressure cleaners, or abrasive brushes) or harsh chemicals (such as gasoline, acids, or solvents) that might damage the parts and reduce their lifespan.

Do not leave the bike to dry close to or directly under heat sources (like stoves, radiators, heaters, fireplaces, or the sun) but instead, let it dry in a well-ventilated and dry area.

Apply regularly a Amaroq Refueler to renovate water-resistance and longevity of the leather uppers.

NOTE: Leather parts that have a natural "grain" may show unique traits and small imperfections that are actually considered desirable and add to the leather's overall quality and uniqueness.


STORAGE


In periods of inactivity store footwear preferably in the original box (not airtight containers or plastic) and in good ventilation and dry place.


Any removable internal parts (footbeds) must be replaced periodically and in any case removed in the event of prolonged storage.


It is preferable to fill-in the footwear inner toe with newspaper, closing it properly (zipper, Velcro, etc.) and placing it into the proper packaging so as to maintain the original shape.
